Shipping & Delivery

All goods are shipped from EU. From Tallinn, Estonia, to be precise.

Currently we are shipping Worldwide, excluding some locations. If you are ordering but don't see your country in address form please contact us and we'll see what we can do.

Privacy & Security

We don't require anyone to register on our site to complete a purchase. However it's greatly adviced to do so for following reasons:

  • you can keep your wishlist and thus monitor when your favourite items restock or discount
  • you can access your complete purchase history for whatever reason you may need to
  • you don't need to type in your shipping / billing addresses ever again in future orders
  • you can provide us your VAT number if purchasing as a company

Returns & Replacements

We support returning unused items in unopened packaging when returned us during 30 days. You can complete the return form from your order history under My Account once logged in clicking a link on order confirmation mail. If you have lost the confirmation or not been the registered then just contact us beforehand.

Once you have notified us about the return then just send items to the address that we'll send you. We will refund the purchase as soon as we receive goods. It may take few extra days till the money gets transferred depending on payment channel used.

Pricing & Promotions

All prices that we show on site are final, including Estonian VAT. If you need VAT exemption then you need to register yourself as a company and provide us valid European VAT identification number (please give us only number, without country prefix). Once the number is validated the shopping cart will re-calculate cart contents value.

If you have got a promotion voucher code from us please type it into dedicated form in Shopping Cart. The shopping cart will be re-calculated once you have successfully applied the code.


Currently we accept Paypal as the main payment channel. Bank wire transfer is also available. All payments are collected in EUR.

Viewing Orders

You can access your order history if you have registered. Log into My Account area and choose Orders from the menu. If you ordered as a guest then you can look up the confirmation e-mail that we send with each order.
